We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish law. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

2. What information we collect

Contact details: name, email and, where relevant, phone number.
Order and payment details when you buy a membership. Payment is handled by our payment providers — we do not store your full card details.
Information about your use of the site, including through cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

To deliver and administer your membership and complete purchases (performance of a contract).
To send newsletters and, where relevant, SMS, when you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
To comply with our legal obligations, for example bookkeeping.
To improve and secure the site (legitimate interest).

4. Data processors

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the business, for example our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers and providers of email and SMS. They process information only on our instruction and under data processing agreements.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work, remember your choices and measure traffic. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; some features may not work optimally without them.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Accounting material is kept for up to 5 years after the end of the financial year, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Consent-based information is deleted when you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights
