These terms apply to every purchase of memberships and digital products on brandownersclub.dk. By completing a purchase you accept the terms below.

We sell digital memberships and teaching material giving access to our supplier and factory list, walkthroughs, the community and material added over time:
The content is digital and delivered online. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or published.
Prices are shown in the currency that applies to your country and include VAT. We accept MobilePay, Apple Pay, VISA and Mastercard. The amount is charged when the purchase is completed. Start renews automatically each month until it is cancelled.
Access is delivered digitally and sent to your email immediately after the purchase is completed. If you buy Scale, you can book your onboarding call at the same time. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.
Start is a rolling monthly membership that renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation the current month completes and the membership then runs for one further month before it ends — notice therefore takes effect at the end of the following month. You keep your access for that entire period.
When you buy a membership you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase. You simultaneously consent to — and acknowledge — that your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses as soon as delivery has begun. You therefore have no right of withdrawal on the purchase. The only route to a refund is our 60-day satisfaction guarantee on Scale, if the conditions in clause 7 are met. Start carries no right of withdrawal, but you may cancel the membership at any time (see clause 5).
Scale carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. If, within 60 days of purchase, you have followed the material, ordered goods from the supplier and put them up for sale without earning your money back, we refund the full amount. We may ask for documentation of your purchase and your sales listings in order to process a guarantee claim. The guarantee does not apply to Start, where you may cancel freely instead.
Approved refunds are made to the payment method you used at purchase, normally within 14 days of us approving your request.
Earnings figures and examples shown on the site are actual results from ourselves or from individual members and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Results depend on your own effort, your market and a range of factors outside our control, and most people do not necessarily achieve the results shown. What we sell is teaching and access to suppliers — not a promise of any particular income.
All material, supplier lists, videos and content belong to Brandownersclub and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal right of use, but may not copy, share, resell or publish the material. Misuse may result in loss of access without refund, as well as liability for damages.
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law. Read more in our privacy policy.
Brandownersclub cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including lost profit, arising from the use of our material or suppliers. Our total liability is in any event limited to the amount you have paid for your membership.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first — we will always try to find a solution. You may also file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark (forbrug.dk). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The trade and these terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
